Apple Crepes

Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) package escalloped apples
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Prepackaged crepes
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 1/2 tablespoons chopped pecans, toasted*
Preparation Directions
1. THAW escalloped apples in microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) 6 to 7 minutes.
2. COMBINE cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla in medium bowl; beat with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
3. SPREAD 1 tablespoon mixture down center of each crepe; top with about 2 tablespoons escalloped apples. Roll up, and place, seam side down, in a serving dish.
4. STIR cinnamon into remaining cream cheese mixture; dollop over filled crepes; sprinkle with pecans.
TIP *To toast pecans: Place pecans in dry nonstick skillet; cook over medium heat, shaking pan until nuts are lightly browned.
