Classic Lobster Remoulade Roll

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Crosse & Blackwell® Remoulade Sauce
  • 1 whole lobster, cooked, shelled, meat coarsely chopped (about 2 c.) & chilled
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sweet onion, finely chopped
  • 4 hoagie rolls, split
  • 8 romaine lettuce leaves

Preparation Directions

  1. 1.
    In a medium-size bowl, stir together Remoulade Sauce, mayonnaise, celery and onion.
  2. 2.
    Add lobster and toss to coat.
  3. 3.
    Place two lettuce leaves on each roll; top with lobster mixture.
  4. 4.
    Serve immediately.
  5. TIP
    Since this recipe is so easy to prepare, it can be scaled up to satisfy a larger group!
