Classic Lobster Remoulade Roll

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Crosse & Blackwell® Remoulade Sauce
- 1 whole lobster, cooked, shelled, meat coarsely chopped (about 2 c.) & chilled
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons sweet onion, finely chopped
- 4 hoagie rolls, split
- 8 romaine lettuce leaves
Preparation Directions
1. In a medium-size bowl, stir together Remoulade Sauce, mayonnaise, celery and onion.
2. Add lobster and toss to coat.
3. Place two lettuce leaves on each roll; top with lobster mixture.
4. Serve immediately.
TIP Since this recipe is so easy to prepare, it can be scaled up to satisfy a larger group!
